Design Process

For this project, I was tasked with designing a poster for character "Zoro" from One Piece, I began by laying out the image and creating a concept for how the text would look.

Once I was satisfied with the layout, it was time to add more effects and details.

My next step was to make the poster feel cohesive, as the text felt very out of place in the original mock-up. Adding textures and a monochromatic color scheme was a step in the right direction, but something still felt off.

After experimenting for a while, I landed on a red and green color scheme to match the base image that was used. The outer glow made everything "pop" without feeling too overpowering like the previous monochromatic versions.
